POSITIONS AVAILABLE
SOUS CHEF (20 hrs per week)
Assist Owner in creating scratch-made, Mexican-inspired vegan dishes in a dynamic kitchen environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and execute made from scratch recipes efficiently with little to no supervision
Work the line with Chef at pop up and catered events
Support food quality and presentation to maintain our high standards
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen workspace
Assist in complete production of events from prep, pack-out, load-in, service, breakdown and dishes
